RETURN POLICY

NorthStarlight stands behind the quality of everything that we sell, and we hope that you are very happy with your purchase.

Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 973-804-2906 within 30 days of receipt of the product to receive a Return Authorization number. Goods will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization number. Items on sale or special discount may not be eligible to be returned.

Upon approval of the return, a pre-paid mailing label will be provided through email. Please use the pre-paid label to ship the product within three days after receipt of the label. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Additional deductions may be taken if items are not in new condition.

Once the return is accepted, a refund of the item purchase price will be credited to your original method of payment. If return was not due to NorthStarlight error, NorthStarlight reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges.
